Work duties are to be carried out remotely in a patient-care coordinator's home or work space. Patient care coordinators are available via phone, live chat, social media, and email to assist Medical Departure patients with every aspect of planning and coordinating their global medical care.Responsibilities:Convert phone calls, chats, and emails from Americans, Canadians, and Europeans into medical bookings at medical clinics in Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, and Turkey.Coordinate appointment bookings between Medical providers and patients in English.Recommend promotions that can help patients save money on their medical treatment.Follow the suggested script provided to all Inside Sales Representatives.Daily tracking and monitoring of Sales funnel, conversions, and projections.Proactively identify systemic issues that need to be resolved to prevent future customer concerns.Answer phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media inbound inquiries according to established SLAs.Respond swiftly and courteously to customer inquiries or complaints.Upgrade patients by recommending or cross-selling higher-value medical treatments.Capture customer information, including email addresses, phone numbers, desired healthcare destination & medical procedures for future follow-up.Adjust sales presentation based on success/fail averages.Coordinate with other departments (Sales managers, Marketing department).Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.Actively listen to patients' needs and recommend the right clinic and or promotion to help patients save money and achieve their medical or dental goals.Attend weekly 1-on-1s, team meetings, and training and coaching sessions as required
