**What You Will Do**:
**- **Plan, coordinate and control all production activities within their assigned area or unit to maximize the use of the organization's resources, complying with the Quality specifications and established production programs.
**:
- **It is responsible for cascading the objectives and carrying out strategies to meet the Urgent Business Needs (CBN).
**:
- **It is responsible for monitoring the work methodologies (TPM, HMEx, Centerline, DOM-DDS) and for developing its staff in technical and leadership skills, according to the training programs.

- **Is responsible for complying with and enforcing the rules, procedures and policies of the Quality Management System.
**:
- **It establishes, supervises and improves the processes in accordance with statistical control methodologies through the quality tools that the organization has defined.
**
- **Provides resources and is responsible for managing the budget of its mini business unit (MBU) for the execution of activities, based on cost analysis (losses, materials, spare parts, etc.
)**
- **Supports the development of products / materials and the execution of projects according to design.
**
- **He is responsible for continuously optimizing production processes in a sustainable way through root cause analysis and standardization, to improve results.
**
- **He is responsible for the KPI cascade of 'objectives' defined by the company, as well as training and guiding the operational teams to improve their behavior in accordance with the defined procedures and standards.
**
- **Ensures the performance review process in a timely manner, as well as providing positive and timely feedback with staff in charge.
**
- **Ensures that the operations meeting, is kept with complete information (detailed and with evidence) on the results of the previous day, as well as determining the day's directions.
**
- **Manage payroll effectively avoiding incidents**
**Who You Are**:
- Mechanical, industrial, process or final engineering.
- Intermediate English - Advanced
- Availability of schedules
- Minimum of 5 years experience in operations, manufacturing, projects or related
- Preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Lean Manufacturing (5s, TPM, Kaizen, etc.
), BPM'S
- ERP management (SAP, Kronos)
- Knowledge of ISO, COFEPRIS, 241 regulations.
