Then this may be the opportunity for you!**Purpose of role**:- **The Deployment Manager (DM **) will have a high level of organizational change experience and skills in order to deliver the CAPEX agenda, along with ensuring improvements and changes are well implemented, sustainable and do not impact performance. The DM will be the interface between Operations teams and Project Engineering, trusted to make decisions that enable operational high-performance.- Work at the Tier 1 and Tier 2 level to deliver outstanding performance in all aspects of the balanced scorecard (Safety, Quality, Environment, Delivery, Productivity, Cost, and Morale).- Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental, quality, cost, and reliability standards are met and driving conformance to regulatory and accreditation standards (e.G. Management of Change/HACCP, etc.) in packaging and process engineering environments.**Role responsibilities**:- Management and ownership of all projects in distilling & process engineering and continuously aim for the next level of performance. Go above and beyond on action planning and delivery.- Provide and promote site metrics covering safety, quality, cost, delivery, and compliance. Minimizing the impact of any change or improvement on safety, performance, quality, and compliance- Handle critical issue processes- Provide project support to teams to deliver improvement initiatives- Handle the relationship with Project Engineering to ensure ideal integration of CAPEX initiatives.- Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and be confident- Be accountable for the overall Site Project Risk Assessment ensuring all risks are identified and mitigated, and ensuring all workstream risk assessments are being handled effectively**Find Solutions (Focussed Improvement)**- Develop focused improvement initiatives through the constant challenge of the norm.- Through on-the-job learning and formal training develop a deep knowledge of distillery and engineering processes to support operational optimization.- Build a positive relationship to ensure effective engagement with other team members covering Operations, Planning, Project and Functional Engineering, and Data enabling success.- Lead key internal/external partners ensuring effective engagement at all levels
