**Purpose of the position**:
Ensure that the operating processes of the HSBC Seguros company, including Treasury and Investments, are executed efficiently and effectively, within the control framework required by the HSBC Group and aligned with the defined objectives, which allow guaranteeing at all times, obtaining results for stakeholders.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Maintain high levels of communication with all business lines of INMX and the bank
- Extensive knowledge of operating processes and personnel management, with a focus on efficiency and meeting objectives.
- Ensure that post-sale operational processes remain stable and reliable
- Guarantee at all times the provision of adequate services to the fronts of the business lines.
- Ensure that backup services are executed with a high level of quality and operational efficiency, regarding the issuance, collection, cancellation and endorsement processes.
- Guarantee that the operational processes for the issuance of tax receipts are carried out in accordance with the CFDI 4.0 regulation.
- Manage and maintain appropriate control processes for business partner information
- Maintain adequate surveillance and controls for the correct execution of the investment operation of the INMX portfolios
- Ensure that the services provided by the Treasury guarantee the adequate flow of cash and the necessary controls to meet internal requests.
Requirements
**Knowledge and experience**:
Economic area - Administrative
Leadership and decision making skills
Knowledge of IFRS17 standards and Insurance accounting
Knowledge of tax regulation regarding CFDI 4.0
Knowledge of investment fund management
Knowledge in managing cash flow controls
Focus on meeting objectives
Planning and Organization.
Problem solving under pressure
Internal and external customer service attitude
Knowledge of institutional and internal control standards and policies
negotiation techniques
Advanced English.
