-Job description**Job Purpose**Responsible for directing and defining the portfolio of products and services required by our clients to ensure compliance with the growth and development strategy of RBB's business in Mexico.- The holder of the position must consider, among others:- Create, formalize and guarantee a value offer made up of products that guarantee to cover the current needs of our clients- Define the placement strategy for each of the products and services as well as the expected penetration target- Monitor the market to ensure that the proposition is competitive and adequate both in functionalities and in pricing- Define the appropriate operational processes for each of the new products- Ensure proper automation and simplification that allows us to be efficient and competitiveFor the development of this function, the owner must establish a close relationship with the central areas (products, communication, marketing, regulatory), commercial teams, 2LoD and 3rd LoD.The functions of the area include, but are not limited to, the following:- Product strategy design- Creation, design and execution of transactional and digital product strategy for the RBB segment.- Prepare the differentiated value offer for SMEs in Mexico.- Management of prices, commissions, installation of new processes for new products.- Define Electronic Banking needs and agree on the design, development, adaptation, distribution and approval of new products and existing improvements with GPS.- Define product needs / agree design, adaptation development, distribution and approval of new products and existing improvements with owners of products to be distributed.- Customer Experience (Complaints and NPS)- Design of materials and MKT campaigns / benchmarking / Market knowledge.- P&L management.Requirements- Required Career: Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics- Master's degree in economic-administrative areas (desirable)- Knowledge of products and SME segment.- Language: Advanced English- Excellent service attitude- Financial and negotiation skills- Ability to work under pressure- Teamwork- Ability to motivate work teams- Knowledge of Bank systems- Management of databases and office parcels.- Notion of credit and deposit policies and regulations- Leadership- Strategic planning- Sr management reporting.- "At HSBC we expect our people to treat each other with dignity and respect, creating an inclusive culture that promotes equal opportunities.
