The project managers deputize him the responsibility of a portion of the project or some processr the whole project.Position in the OrganisationOrganisation StructureLeader of a Project or leader of sub-project within internal or rnal consortium or JV.Organisational ReportingReport to the Project DirectorKey Network & LinksCustomer / Platform (for R&D programs), Partners, Project Team, Line Managers providingresources, Project Office, Supponctions (Finance, Tax, Legal, etc..) and other projectStakeholders.MissionPerformance MeasurementGR Go on time / OTDGMa and GMCash-inCustomer SatisfactionQCD commitments achievementRisks and Savings managementProject gross margin**Responsibilities**:Ensure that QCD commitments exir all work packages.Allocate all contractual obligations to Work PackagesConfirm that QCD commitments will support the contract successful execution.Manage all work packages convergence as an integrated whole to meet QCD commitments.Ensure that all work packages are reviewed on a regular basis with the relevant Work Package Owner to identify and resolve issues.Manage all project reviews using the Work Package reports as a basisHighlight resources neeom Product Lines and Regions to the Project Director.Enable Project Manager decisions about issues that affect performance at the Project Level.Enable decision making of the Project ManagerEnsure that all decisions are executed.Manage conflicts and obtain results.Enable Project Manager decisions on work packages to ensure successful project execution.Give instructions to Work Package Owners/Project Sub-System Managers(as long there is no conflict with product strategy as defined by the Product Line).Identify opportunities with Work Package Owners andSub System Managers that will result in improved QCD.Manage at Project level all Project Reviews and Gate Reviews, including organization and reporting.Operational contact with customer, partners and Project Managr project issues.Daily contact with customers Project Management Ter project progress and related issues
