.As a Software Developer, you will collaborate within both agile and non-agile frameworks, facilitating workshops and events, and effectively communicating across various organizational levels. Your responsibilities will include understanding the current organizational structure (AS-IS) and contributing to transformational initiatives (TO-BE). You will work closely with the Markets Risk Product Team as a member of one of the following squads: P&L Cycle, Structural Data, Valuation Cycle, Metrics Cycle, or Capital Cycle.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Collaboration & Communication**: Work within mixed functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.- **Data Structure & Architecture**: Define data structures related to various functional concepts and make architectural decisions.- **Technical Execution**: Perform technical tasks, adhering to internal procedures and best practices.- **Team & Organizational Support**: Promote best practices and values that align with client needs, providing guidance and support to teams.- **User Interaction**: Engage with end users to gather and understand business requirements, conducting GAP analysis and translating needs for developers.- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects and requests concurrently, ensuring adherence to requirements and deadlines.- **Incident Resolution**: Analyze and resolve incidents in the Market Risk Business Area.**What We Are Looking For**:**Required Qualifications**:- **Experience**: 5+ years in banking technology projects.- **Agile Methodologies**: Proven experience in Scrum, Kanban, and proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence.- **Financial Products**: Strong knowledge of Equities, Interest Rates, Forex, and Credit.- **SQL Expertise**: Ability to execute complex SQL queries.- **Data Modeling**: Experience designing efficient data models.**Desirable Qualifications**:- **Banking Tools**: Familiarity with production tools in banking, such as Service-Now and ControlM.- **Big Data Expertise**: Knowledge of Big Data tools like Scala, Spark, Hive, Impala, and Shell scripting.- **Cloud & Big Data Architecture**: Technical knowledge in cloud solutions and Big Data architecture.**Soft Skills**:- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.- Adaptability and high proactivity.- Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**Languages**:- **English**: High proficiency required.Pay: From $75,000
