The Facilities Mgmt Group Manager is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. Leads and directs a team of professionals. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. commercial awareness is a necessity. Generally accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses/ geographic regions. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication may be necessary. Accountable for the end results of an area. - to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area. Full management responsibility of a team or multiple teams, including management of people, budget and planning, to include performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions and terminations and budget approval.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Facilities Mgmt Group Manager will partner with Corporate Real Estate Services (CRS) and the business to develop and execute the strategy and detailed implementation plans for the Cards. This leader will fulfill a need for the Cards business to take a holistic view on our overall Real Estate strategy.
- Manage a team of on-site Citi Realty Services (CRS) and business leads in space planning and Onboarding and set up of new businesses and individuals.
- Prepare and present executive level updates on facilities developments, projects, and future plans on a regular cadence.
- Develop site strategy, and work closely with CRS partners to prepare plans, gain approval and execute development and redesign work for key sites.
- Work cross-functionally with CRS, building management, site leadership, and the business to implement technology upgrades such as Wi-Fi and video conferencing capabilities.
- Work closely with the CWS (Citi Work Strategies) team to ensure ample hoteling space across both sites.
- Develop growth plans and investment strategy for the Cards business efficiently and effectively resulting in overall cost savings for the business; Manage overall site budget.
- Participate actively in the site leadership boards.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years relevant experience

**Education**:

- Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree

**Real Estate Portfolio Design and Construction Head**

The Head of Design and Construction will report to the Mexico Real Estate Services country head, and will collaborate with Banamex leadership to drive the strategy and execution of the portfolio's optimization by directing the planning and implementation of all architectural and/or engineering designs and construction phases of all Design and Construction Projects aimed at the organization´s major repositioning of its real estate holdings and of its retail branch network as Banamex leads the way as premier example for the next generation of digital banking.

This role will be accountable for delivering world-class real estate solutions that adhere to agreed standards and optimal costs that support the activities of Banamex businesses. In addition, this role will be responsible for all portfolio design, construction and remodeling requirements related to the offices and data centers plus consumer banking branches, the overall management of different vendor relationships, and directing all operations according to strategies developed by senior management and the Real Estate Services Country head.

The Mexico Real Estate Portfolio comprises: Mexico's Office and Operations Center portfolio which includes ~250 sites and has as annual expense budget of ~$90MM and the Retail branch network including ~1,300 branches as well as stand-alone ATM sites and other locations, which has an annual expense budget of ~$175MM.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Full Capex responsibility for the design, construction and overall physical improvement investment budgets for the Office, Operations Centers and Retail portfolios. Coordination with Finance to prepare and manage budgets with focus on identifying Risks and Opportunities.**:

- ** Manage all types of projects including building re-stacking and space planning exercises upon request of customers or to optimize building available space usage, within budget cost. Ensure proper management of architects, engineers, contractors, their legal contracts, performance, invoice payments and compliance with schedules.**:
