Design And Release Engineer Sr

**Activites**:

- Lead Management of System level (JIT) Perfect Drawing Plan (PDP) until supplier hand-off. Manage delivery of overall program timing.
- Support the Creation, Management and Delivery of the Perfect Drawing Plan (PDP) for

commodities (feeds into system level PDP)
- Lead Long Lead Funding Approval (GVT - include)
- Support - Default interface to the program for S&R Engineering (via PST, program change

control and other program reviews).
- Monitor program agendas / cadence and ensure seat and restraint support
- Leads Program Control Meeting to mange ESR, QCWF and timing status to objective
- Supports the Delivery of complete seats /restraints to meet QCWF and timing objectives
- Support program approvals for S&R Engineering direction (VPAT, AST/AAF, SAR)

FoM_Statement of Work
- Leads interface to program Change Control for seat and restraint specific issues, etc.
- Leads S&R Change Control (run mtg, coordinate open issues and scheduled / stratigize changes

to be reviewed)
- Writes 2-pagers to request a cost-only commercial change, obtains all needed info from

supplier How to do this efficiently
- Support the writing of 2-pagers to request an engineering change, obtains all needed info from

supplier
- Leads ESR and Integrator How to do this efficiently (Different system engineers for different

programs under one supervisor)
- Supports completion of Gateway / Milestone deliverables
- Supports audit and sign off Gateway Reviews
- Review all major program published PDLs for seat and restraint impact

**Requirements**:

- More than 5 years of experience
- Excellent English level (C1)
- Core tools**:Experience with DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans and FMA Tools**:

- CATIA Skills:Manipulate CAD files, Cut Sections, Measure Clearances
- **Teamcenter**:

- BIC process design
- Bill of Material (BOM)
