At Capita Works we are looking for an Design Consultant / Outside Sales to join our great team. If you have previous experience and are interested in the position, please apply**Responsibilities**:- Provide high-level customer service and follow up in a friendly, professional and timely manner to internal and external customers.- Measure, record and set specifications accurately and efficiently.- Close appointments successfully demonstrating our unique value proposition and building trust and credibility.- Correctly execute all systems and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and avoid order errors that negatively affect results and positive reputation.- Be flexible to company needs, including scheduling appointments, time off requests, attending team meetings, and training.- Create a step-by-step activity plan on how to achieve your monthly goal using the S.M.A.R.T (Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, Time Bound) goal format.- From time to time, you will be assigned to the Window Covering position at Costco stores to generate and schedule consultation appointments during business hours.- From time to time, you will be assigned to the showroom store to help the store walk in traffic with your needs.- Understand and execute Company operating policies and procedures as outlined in the Equipment Manual and other related communications.Task:- After the initial training period.
