DE CV.****Solicita**:**Design Coordinator****Descripción y Requisitos****PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:**Knowlege on construction and design on**:- Support for the project Charter / Project DeEscrituraion- Bidding Document: Support to do the complete bidding document- Bidding process: To control the bidding process - Site visit and notes - Addendums - communications with the General Contractor, etc- Will participate in the contract with the General Contractor and our BRP legal dept.- Will be responsible for the: Control Cost - Payment - Payment advance payment terms and Invoices- Schedule controller- Responsible for the changes: RFP / CP / CO- Request For Proposal - Cost Proposal - Change Order- Manage design and construction weekly meeting with minutes of meetings**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:- **Software**:MICROSOFT OFFICE- AUTOCAD- 3DS MAX- SKETCHUP- REVIT- ADOBE PHOTOSHOP- OPUS- Will have 3 or maybe 4 direct report: Architect / Engineer- For the design portion: Will do the complete coordination between all the building disciplines (HVAC - Electrical- Mechanical, structural - Architectural, Special system, etc)Puesto: Coordinador**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
