- Tracks R&D budget expenditure.
- Collaborates with Design Engineers for New Product Requirements creation.
- Creates and follows up Department's Shopping Carts, Shipments and ESOs.
- Develops and designs presentations that fit key Department's objectives through aesthetic, concise, and well-organized slides.
- Organizes Department's main strategic meetings.
- Plans Department's global travel arrangements.
- Creates Department's expense reports.

- Organizational skills and ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Knowledge and abilities for graphic aesthetics and presentation development.
- Skill in using company information systems and processes.
- Effective writing skills, including grammatical usage, persuasive copy and style.
