Makes decisions for_ sections/sub-functions._- The experience we're looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS/MBA work experience._- _ Advanced degree(s) in Engineering preferred, like master's degree in Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related fields or equivalent experience._- _ Experience on Thermal_ /structural/mechanical/_ FEM (Finite Element Method) using ANSYS platform._- _ Experience using/evaluating FEA and CFD using Ansys fluent for structural and thermal analysis to help guide and evaluate product designs._- _ Experience in CAD design tools (SolidWorks) for parts, assemblies, drawing interpretation, GD&T._- _ Effective communication skills through presentation and proper project documentation._- _ Schedule management skills with multiple projects._- _ Excellent English written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts across disciplines_- _ knowledge in mechanical DFA, DFM and TSA disciplines preferable._- _ Availability to travel abroad for short periods of time._- _ Availability to settle in the city of Guadalajara_- _ Ability to work independently_- _ Creativity_- What you'll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.- MG61- Job CategoryProduction Engineering
