Long DescriptionAbout the Team The Engineering department at ZF focuses on the preparation and execution of PPAPs, ensuring compliance with customer-specific requirements. The team collaborates closely with various departments to achieve product certification and maintain high-quality standards.
What you can look forward to as Production Part Approval Process Engineer: Preparing and executing PPAPs, including samples, ballooned drawings, dimensional reports, audits, PSW, and IMDS.Coordinating with different departments and stakeholders to obtain brake pad approvals.Analyzing and identifying root causes of errors during the process and implementing necessary changes.Meeting departmental KPIs.Supporting production in the creation of physical samples and conducting pre-release of new parts to minimize operational impacts.Providing technical support to production, quality, and processes.Your Profile as Production Part Approval Process Engineer: Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related field.Knowledge of Core Tools, machinery, and tools.Advanced proficiency in English.Experience in interpreting technical specifications for production and processes.Proficiency in AUTOCAD.1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015 standards.Why should you choose ZF in Cienega de Flores?
