DESCRIPTION Creation of 3D and 2D in CAD using Catia V5 (concept and detail work)Usage and interpretation of common development tools for feasibility confirmation (e.g. FEM, CFD, DFA, DFM, FMEA, etc.)Tracking of functional maturity, escalation in case of deviations and tracking of identified countermeasures (e.g.: approval preparation, checklist documentation, BOM, etc.)Monitoring and meeting timing and costs targets including early escalation and definition of countermeasures in case of deviations.As part of design team responsible for System Development of following design characteristics for assigned subassemblies: Styling, Handling / Manufacturing.Basic knowledge in Electronics Interface (Harness, PCBA´s).Experienced as designer for manufacturing, especially for injected plastic components.QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's in mechanical engineering / Mechatronics / Product Design / Industrial engineering / Aeronautical Engineering+3 years of experience in automotive product designVery good knowledge CAD (Catia V5, NX), DFA and DFMGood Knowledge of the injection molding process and the tooling technologyKnowledge in SAP PLMLanguage Skills: English, German (added advantage)Even if you do not meet all our requirements, do not hesitate to apply to us, because the further development of our employees is very important to us and opens up a wide range of opportunities for you in our company.
