**Role Definition**
Designs, develops, builds, and implements new components, products, or technologies.
**Responsibilities**
- Design responsibility for hydraulic cylinder & suspension products; accountable for meeting customer expectations for product cost, quality, and delivery.
- Contribute to multiple New Product Introduction (NPI) cylinder development projects, New Technology Integration (NTI) projects, and product cost/quality improvement projects.
- Conduct Concept and Detailed Design Reviews with the Global Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with the Global/Regional purchasing and manufacturing facility teams to support the product quality & cost targets, supplier process audit, sourcing, PPAP/APQP process validation.
- Troubleshoot field failures, Warranty claims, factory issues.
- Responsible for detailed drawing release and maintenance, conduct continuous product and process development and manage the product Bill of material.
- Aligned objectives with product groups, suppliers, and manufacturing process partners.
**Degree Requirement**
Bachelor's degree or higher in accredited Engineering field (preferably Mechanical)

**Basic Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of hydraulics industry experience.
