Where no two days are the same.YOUR ROLEInterface with cross functional team to design and develop functional solutions that achieve design requirements & to ensure proper design interfaces with other components, and all requirements are met.Work with other functions Design / Releasing teams to ensure consistency in requirements, standards, and practices across programs.Own and update Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design Verification Plan & Report (DVPR), and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) - ensure functional objectives guidelines and corporate requirements are met.Develop timelines and drive programs to meet deliverables.Interface with stakeholders at all levels including vehicle teams, HMI, validation, requirement leads, technical specialists, leadership, and develop robust functional designs.Conduct Computer Aided Design (CAD) modeling (Catia / NX) and template set-up & maintenance using Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniques.Generate CAD and 2D drawings for components including GD&T.YOUR PROFILEBachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering.1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry.Knowledge of CAN/LIN bus and experience with circuit analysis.NX and Teamcenter knowledge.Automotive Interior Product Design components/systems design/development/releasing experience.Experience with Tooling feasibility in Injection molded plastics/Decorative components.Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, leadership, organizational skills, excellent relationship building skills with the ability to work in a cross functional team environment.Knowledge of Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R), FEA, Mold Flow Virtual Validation, GD&T, and i-Speed.Advanced English is a must!WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?At Capgemini Engineering, we encourage flexibility in how, when, and where people get their work done, allowing a better work-life balance, and greater empowerment.At Capgemini Engineering, we're always looking ahead.
