**YOUR ROLE**
- **Interface with cross functional team to design and develop functional solutions that achieve design requirements & to ensure proper design interfaces with other components, and all requirements are met.
**:
- **Work with other functions Design / Releasing teams to ensure consistency in requirements, standards, and practices across programs.
**:
- **Integrating system components.
**:
- **Own and update Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design Verification Plan & Report (DVPR), and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) - ensure functional objectives guidelines and corporate requirements are met.
**:
- **Develop timelines and drive programs to meet deliverables.
**:
- **Interface with stakeholders at all levels including vehicle teams, HMI, validation, requirement leads, technical specialists, leadership, and develop robust functional designs.
**:
- **Conduct Computer Aided Design (CAD) modeling (Catia / NX) and template set-up & maintenance using Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniques.
**:
- **Generate CAD and 2D drawings for components including GD&T.
**YOUR PROFILE**
- **Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering.
**:
- **1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
**:
- **Knowledge of CAN/LIN bus and experience with circuit analysis.
**:
- **NX and Teamcenter knowledge**:
- **Automotive Interior Product Design components/systems design/development/releasing experience.
**:
- **Experience with Tooling feasibility in Injection molded plastics/Decorative components.
**:
- **Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, leadership, organizational skills, excellent relationship building skills with the ability to work in a cross functional team environment.
**:
- **Knowledge of Design Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design Verification Plan & Report (DVP&R), FEA, Mold Flow Virtual Validation, GD&T, and i-Speed.
**:
- **Advanced English is a must!
