We are hiring a
- **Design Tools + Marketing Interior Designe**r tobe creative and curious in nature; able to translate conceptual design into applied design solutions across the entire Steelcase and partners portfolio.
All this leveraging our research, insights, trends, and Marketing Strategy.
**What You Will Be Doing**:
- Partner with Marketing and other teams across the organization to help craft space solutions and any other marketing material needed to express our intent to the market.
- Actively cultivate new content opportunities as well as harness existing ones.
You will support and work in collaboration with the design team as needed.
- Work on the conceptual, schematic and development stages of design leveraging different platforms and resources to showcase the team's POV.
- Build and handle presentations and graphic content that articulate a strong message and design intent.
- Ownership of assigned long term projects such as Marketing Launch Applications, Planning Ideas, Digital Tool, and Idea books, to name a few.
- Able to objectively express and review visual assets such as rendering and photoshoots.
- Accountable for downloading, implementing, and passing the knowledge attained to both their daily functions and those of the design organizations.

**Who You Are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Advanced English is a must
- Experience using graphic design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- US travel availability

- Able to deal with ambiguity and mínimal direction.

Preferred Skills and Competencies
- Developing a general knowledge of Revit, CET and AutoCAD (as needed), acquiring knowledge in other tools (Sketchup, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, etc
