Transforming Information into IntelligenceMicron Technology leads the innovation in memory and storage solutions, accelerating the transformation of information into intelligence.We are seeking a Design Verification Engineer to work with our highly innovative design and verification team using state-of-the-art memory technologies to develop advanced DRAM and Emerging memory products.You will design and verify high-density memory chips with complicated functionality, ultra-high speed, and advanced low power technology.You will have verification responsibilities with a deep understanding of the design to fully evaluate its functionality at the chip or block level, then provide solutions.You will work closely with Micron's global design teams to contribute to the success of the design team by applying verification tools and techniques, providing verification status and summaries as needed.You will participate in developing digital/analog mix-signal verification methodology for advanced DRAM products and design implementation of mix-signal design verification environments.Your Key Responsibilities:Fully understand design datasheets and circuit designs in detail.Develop patterns and regressions to increase function coverage for all DRAM architectures and features.Provide support to design engineers, debug failures, manage bug tracking, and close coverage.Co-work with international colleagues on developing new verification tools and flows to solve verification difficulties.Develop and maintain test benches and test vectors using digital and analog simulation tools.Education & Experience Necessary for Success:BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with emphasis on VLSI design and/or verification.Fluent understanding in CMOS circuit design.Familiar with analog simulation methodology and tools, i.e., HSPICE, PRIMESIM.Basic understanding of digital simulators, such as Verilog and methodologies (UVM or equivalent).Good programming fundamentals with knowledge in Python programming is preferred.Good debugging and problem-solving skills.Must possess good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Work experience in DRAM memory-related fields is a plus.The specified role does not encompass the following responsibilities: Finalization of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited.
