Designer

We are looking for a strategic product Designer with 5 years of experience to work for a high growth early stage startup.Responsibilities include:Partner with the product manager and engineering to iterate towards improvements upon each release.Create engaging and effective online content including microcopy, labels, page body copy, error messages, tooltips, help articles, emails, documents, and announcements.Ability to work independently with minimal engineering oversight.Drive the work by mastering its craft, solving complex problems, taking responsibility for detail, and embracing feedback and constant changes.Translate UX design attributes into software requirements.Design graphics and videos for marketing campaigns, company branding, social media, websites, presentations, and more.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both mobile and desktop environments and be adept at crafting user-centric experiences.Location: Remote, living in Mexico or Colombia.Minimum Requirements:5+ years as a product Designer, user experience Designer, or similar role.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams.Experience identifying customer insights through user research and discovery activities.We are seeking a senior product Designer who excels in visual, motion, interaction, and experience design and can help mentor other product designers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
