"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business.Currently we are looking for our next: **Design Analyst, PMF****Which is the main objective of this role?**The Design Coordinator supports the OUs Design operations teams and is responsible for maintaining consistent processes and procedures, including weekly project tracking with all mebers of the team. The coordinator is accountable for how the team functions, fluidly moving between different needs, tasks, and responsibilities. Work collaboratively with team to maintain a well-managed studio.Qualifications:**What will you be doing?**- Oversee design progress against schedule and internal budget(s).- Own and implement project resource decision rights, take corrective actions that identify and fix resource problems.- Own resource contractors, agency lists, and maintain administrative relationships with those companies and individuals.- Negotiate and recommend approval/disapproval on design change orders, based on productivity and workflow priorities.- Administer design ROI tracking tools across sta utilization and project completions, including processing monthly and quarterly, annual reporting, documentation.- Coordinate and track staffing needs with design managers to ensure full-coverage daily, planned weekly in advance, reported quarterly. Including the agenda for design scheduling meetings, providing weekly updates on sta utilization and currently active internal projects
