Our Mission is to change people's lives by providing the best business opportunity in direct selling and the best nutrition and weight-management products in the world.STATEMENT:The Instructional Designer will be responsible for developing multiple media training content (e-learning, documents, video, audio) to support a world-class Member Education program while supporting a cross-functional team to prioritize and ensure timely delivery of projects. The ID will also create design solutions across a variety of media, including print, collateral, packaging, environmental/signage, brand style guides, logo and identities, advertising, motion graphics, video and more. This person will bring best practices within the industry to drive the Herbalife brand in collaboration with writers, production artists, and under the supervision or direction of the Creative Manager.DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:- Execute hands-on production and editing of multi-media training courses using training software such as Articulate Storyline 360, Captivate, Camtasia, Lectora and Adobe Creative Suite.- Support the final production of multi-media courses, including translations, audio recordings, audio editing and video editing.- Assist and partner in the development and deployment of content plans for global teams (video, education, web properties) to ensure consumer and Member content is fresh, relevant and delivered to the right audience.- Design and art direct Marketing, Event and Sales driven executions, for mediums such as print, web, video, and environmental branding design items.- Ensure the Herbalife brand is followed across all touch points.- Collaborate and conceptualize ideas with writers, other designers, and staff across multiple departments and functions.- Develop and collaborate on creating brand style guides.- Bring industry best practices into the department, and to the various regions and locales.- Partner closely with Creative Manager to carry out the creative vision, and understand the strategies and goals set by the the project managers- Occasional art direction or design direction, as needed on projects within other sub teams.- Strong ability to integrate both copy and design into compelling solutions.- Drive the Herbalife brand across all design vehicles-packaging, advertising, facilities branding, brand style guides, and other requests.- Responsible for ensuring deadlines are always met and keeping clear communication with Project Managers and managing expectations.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:NoneJob Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**Skills**:- Applied knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and the linkage between design and learning outcome
