Designer Production Equipment

**Objective of the position**
- Detailed work of simple component parts for assemblies according to specifications and constructive Designing simple assembly of special machines, assembly lines and jig & fixtures for manufacturing automotive interior parts
- Creating the BOM and risk assessment
- Lead and coordinate simple subprojects

**Principal activities**
- Performing production-ready design work based on the terms of reference under consideration of the MRL and international standards.
- Fabricating bench-marked and production-ready part, assembly and arrangement drawings by.
- Requirements (e.g. sketches, drafts, etc.) and harmonising it with appropriate position.
- Creating views, sections, settlements, projections with manageable geometries and creating workflows and checking the plausibility.
- If necessary, carrying out constructive changes to specifications and construction of detail points (hotspots).
- Setting common components / semi-finished products according to specifications and selections based on technical documents.
- Creating documents (e.g. tables, drawings, diagrams, etc.) and the risk assessment for templates.
- Compiling technical lists (e.g. BOMs, etc.), including any Nummemsystemen.
- Assemble and completing numerical systems.
- Performing multiple related technical computations with elementary formulas (e.g. volumes, weights, lever ratios, material utilization, etc.).
- Integration and management of standard parts.
- Creating the supply and procurement request incl. Sourcing documentary. Assisting in the inspection of the incoming goods.
- Employees at CIP (continuous improvement process) like Standard catalog.
- Compliance with the accident and safety regulations, quality standards and IT security policies.

Professional career:

- Mechanical,Electrician,Mechatronic Engineer or Related

- Technician/Economist
- Design
- Pneumatics/hydraulics
- Machinery directive and CE
