Responsible for coordinating different areas of the plant to ensure the production (manufacture and assembly) of the products under his charge; guaranteeing their quality and delivery on time, respecting budgeted expenses and developing various actions to meet established objectives. He is the main contact before the senior management of the Division for questions of manufacturing capacity and production status and deliveries

**Position Summary**

Responsible for the development and maintenance of the product, as well as related documentation through the system of changes and engineering standards. Ensures product integrity and assists in business development through projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Product Development
- Make Engineering changes
- Product Validations & Variances Support
- Product Maintenance - Product Drawings, Test Procedures, Materials listing.
- Durability test
- Six Sigma Kaizen or PMC
- Control of engineering documents.
- Attention and response to customers, complaints or quality problems.
- Manages Safety gensuite (ensures closure of safety findings and ensures actions eliminate risk)
- Developer of layer audits to ensure the proper functioning of existing systems (quality, security, etc.)
- Prototype creation

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**
- Education: Mechanical engineer/mechatronic
- Experience: Engineering 5 years, Design 3 years
- Fluent English for business conversations
- International Quality Standards - CORE TOOLS
- Product design and redesign
- Mechanical design
- Autodesk Inventor
