Desktop Support

Responsibilities and Essentinctions:
Manage and identify the prioritization and resolution of basic IT problem tickets. Maintain IT asset inventory. Assist with the testing of new systems enhancements. Must be available to work any shift between 7am-4pm or 8am to pm. Provide after-hours or weekend support as needed on rotating schedule. Actively work on projects with IT Operations Team. Assist with end-user Confidencial. Coordinating with local vendor projects. Support production scanning issues and configurations. Must be able to rotate between multiple warehouse locations. Understand basic network TCP/IP protocol stack. Racking and stacking of new IT equipment.Qualifications, Skills and Education:
Required Qualifications:
Some knowledge of Mac OSX products. Basic understanding of IT operations,theories, principles and practices. Basic knowledge of networking (wired and wireless) and system configuration. Working technical Importante empresa with installing, configuring and supporting desktops, laptops, printers and network devices. Importante empresa using help desk ticketing ITSM tools. - years of desktop support Importante empresa in corporate environment. Willing to learn ince paced, high energy department. Strong customer service oriented skills. Good orientation toward business goals and objectives Strong written and oral communications skills.
