And our brilliant, passionate, and driven team of more than 5,000 people globally are Powering Positive Change every day.Are you ready to power positive change?**Knowledge and Technical Skills**:Hardware Setup/configuration, troubleshooting and replacement.Deploying build images and software's using SCCM to Laptops and Desktops.Supporting and interacting with end users, including moves, transfers, new hires, etc.Standalone Printer support and installation, Network Printers basic network connectivity troubleshooting.Inventory Management including disposal and intakeCommissioning and decommissioning of assets**Troubleshooting & fixing tech issues**:DesktopLaptopAccessoriesMobile DeviceVIP Users Onetime supportVPN Connectivity/Installations**Hardware Request (Example**: New hire/ Leaver Request/Office Movement)Printer troubleshooting (Very mínimal support but coordinate with local facilities and Vendor)Application and database installation / troubleshootingData back up and recoveryMS Teams issue and configurationNetwork Equipment and Server**Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree and 1 - 3+ years of related experienceExperience in T1 - T2 Hardware and software troubleshootingMust be willing to work on a flexible scheduleGood English communication skills and client management skillsSafety ComplianceYour safety is our number one priority at Maxeon.
