- Lead and empower a team to create special moments for guests and build strong connections.
- Proactively resolve issues and support the team in handling high-profile cases with calm and empathy.
Lead by example, turning challenges into opportunities and driving performance to exceed targets.
- Work with our operational teams especially our airport team to give our guests the best first impression and a seamless transfer experience, whilst finding new and unique ways to enhance any sales opportunities.
- Navigate the team through changes and difficult situations, ensuring excellent service while adhering to company guidelines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Monitor team performance and wellbeing, celebrate successes, and use feedback to drive growth.
Support development by identifying training needs and opportunities for skill enhancement.
