Our entrepreneurial teams are empowered to innovate, act nimbly, and create a lasting and sustainable impact for our clients, their customers, and the communities in which we live.With us, you'll create a boundless impact that transforms your career—and the lives of people across the world.**You Are**:**The Opportunity**:- Code, debug, test and document; and communicate product/component/feature development stages.- Develop optimized code, with appropriate approach and algorithms, following standards and security guidelines independently- Effectively interact with customers and articulate their input- Optimise efficiency, cost and quality by identifying opportunities for automation/process improvements and agile delivery models- Mentor Developer I - Software Engineering to become more effective in their role- Learn technology, business domain and system domain as recommended by the project/account- Set FAST goals and provide feedback to FAST goals of mentees**What you need**:- ServiceNow development experience in GRC is a must.- Hands on GRC development, Integrations, scripting is must.- 4 Years of experience as service Now developer- Minimum Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or equivalent experience- Familiar with standard software development concepts, practices, and procedures including code management, quality gates, and SDLC documentation- Knowledge of ITIL disciplines- Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform and other modules (ITSM, ITOM)- Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication- Must thrive at working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while collaborating with remote teams- Detail-oriented, flexible with the ability to meet tight deadlines- Strong analytical, estimating, and problem-solving skills; takes a logical, analytical approach to problem-solving and pays close attention to detail- Ability to present technical information in a way that non-technical management and staff will understand.**What we believe**:We're proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
