These technologies include, but are not necessarily limited to Salesforce products, APIs, Lightning Experience & Component development, Apex/Visualforce, mobile development technologies, and integration middleware/ETL technologies.Support team for the region in the activation of marketing strategies, providing collaboration to the CDP team, information analysis, and any other team related to the business.Your ImpactAs a CDP Developer, your responsibilities would consist of:Responsible for the effective integration of customer data from various sources within the Salesforce platform, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility for relevant teams.Develop and optimize customer segmentation models that allow the personalization of campaigns and commercial strategies.Responsible for ensuring that the CDP complies with all privacy and data security regulations, and that internal processes are aligned with industry best practices.Implement data-driven personalization strategies to improve the relevance of customer communications.Effectively segment audiences to target campaigns to specific groups.Provide detailed reporting and KPI analysis of customer data, facilitating strategic decision making across the organization.Continuous improvement, including adoption of new Salesforce features and technologies such as Einstein's capabilities.Build and manage workflows and automations.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from marketing, brands, and design agencies in the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing plans.Generate technical and analytical documentation as well as use of tools and repositories to collaborate with business needs.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?Minimum 2 years' experience in advanced skills in data management and data architecture, including data integration, data quality, segmentation, and data modeling
