**Job Description**:
**Core Objective**:
Support, guide and actively collaborate with the Product Development Teams from the Simultaneous Engineering Center in the implementation of methodologies related to the product development process, management of technical risks, quality assurance in product development and ensure the technical maturity of projects.
**Core Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Support in coordinating and/or participating in internal and/or customer reviews to ensure technical maturity of engineering deliverables in the Development Projects (Technical Reviews, Sample releases, Product Safety Reviews, Legal Requirements, Design reviews, etc.).
- Ensure that project milestones are executed in accordance with the procedures and phases of the Bosch development process.
Participate in internal technical maturity audits to identify, communicate and/or escalate technical risks within development projects to management.
- Ensure compliance with development processes and "Product Development Code"
- Support in the evaluation of customer requirements in order to guarantee robust engineering Specifications (Product test specifications, Order specs, Technical Customer Documentation, etc).
- Support and collaborate with the development teams in the work packages activities according to product development process and internal guidelines (Lessons Learned, FMEA, DRBFM, etc).
- Execute Continuous Improvement or Innovation ideas focused on strategic targets.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related.
- Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry in similar functions (Product development, Development Projects, Project Management...).
- Required Knowledge: Automotive product development process, PQAP, Core Tools, Product Development, Customer Milestones, Customer Specific Requirements, Project Management, Design Validation process.
- Skills: Solid Technical Background, Interdisciplinary mindset, Moderation and Analytical skills.
- Advanced level of English (able to conduct technical discussions).
