**What you will bring to the team**As a Software Developer Intern for Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, you will play a key role in the evolution of the shopping experiences retailers offer and help shape the future of retail.
We provide services to retail clients worldwide by developing and delivering an array of custom software solutions such as POS, self-checkout, and mobility solutions.

**What you will be doing**:Your typical day as a Toshiba **Development Intern / C++ **will involve:- Work together with the technical lead to find a solution to issues- Working closely with the QA team to ensure a quality deliverable- Providing configuration, installation, and ongoing maintenance support- Providing technical guidance during requirements workshops with our clients- Participate in planning meetings- Troubleshooting**Naturally To be successful in this role, you must have and know of**- Currently pursuing Computer Science/Engineering major in Undergraduate or Postgraduate studies- English: Fluent (Capacity to read, analyze, correct, and write)- Responsible, organized, and hard-working with excellent communication skills in teamwork.- Skilled in Object-oriented programming (C++ )- Computer science fundamentals including object-oriented concepts, overloading, inheritance, and related algorithms.- Knowledge of unit testing and build automation.- Experience working with hardware.- Familiarity with the software engineering lifecycle and agile methodologies.
