Additionally, they should have a proven track record in implementing cloud projects, expertise in design patterns, adaptability to change, and the ability to effectively communicate team performance to the executive leadership.

Lead and oversee a large team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support..Develop and execute strategies to elevate the IT support function into a strategic business unit, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.Drive the implementation of cloud projects, leveraging design patterns and best practices to enhance system scalability, reliability, and performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, ensuring alignment with industry standards and emerging technologies.
