We are currently searching for a Device Management Lead : Responsibilities Lead the administration, configuration, and maintenance of SCCM , Intune , Linux , and JAMF environments.
Design and implement solutions for deploying, updating, and managing applications and operating systems across multiple platforms.
Develop and enforce security policies , configurations , and profiles for managed devices.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues , and ensure optimal operation of SCCM , Intune , and JAMF .
Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership to the IT team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCCM , Intune , and JAMF with other IT systems and applications .
Conduct regular system audits , ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards , and maintain up-to-date documentation .
Mentor and train junior team members on best practices and technical skills .
Stay updated with the latest features and updates from SCCM , Intune , and JAMF , and recommend improvements.
Requirements Strong experience in enterprise device provisioning , management , configuration , and life-cycle management .
Expertise in patch management and software distribution tools to ensure timely network-wide software updates.
Hands-on experience with Intune platform design, build, and implementation, including integration with Office 365 .
Proficiency in SCCM roles and functions, including SCCM CB design and implementation with IBCM , CMG , and co-management .
Desired Excellent understanding of Windows Server OS and desktop OS .
Strong verbal communication , active listening , and problem-solving skills .
Interpersonal skills , including the ability to empathize with users .
Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
