DevOps Engineers will work together and with other engineering teams to deliver high quality solutions to clients.Responsibilities:Maintains infrastructure, repair bugs, and respond to downtime in accordance with business continuity plan.Provides support for software engineering teams.Streamlines and automates IT Operations & Processes.Creates and maintains team knowledgebase articles and FAQs.Participates in the design and scoping of solutions with teammates.Works with teammates to maintain and enhance development processes for existing projects.Develops infrastructure in accordance with standards and practices.Conducts all business in accordance with policies and procedures.All other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in information technology or similar qualificationStrong knowledge of public cloud architecture (OCI, AWS, Azure)Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Unix ShellExperience with TerraformExperience with Linux (RedHat, Ubuntu, Centos, OEL)Good knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, VLAN, VPN, HTTP(S), and SSHGood knowledge of Oracle Cloud and/or AWS and/or AzureUnderstanding of Java J2EE applications, JVM tuning, JConsole, JMX, and other Java tools is preferredKnowledge of IBM MQ and Other JMS services is a plusFamiliarity with Oracle and PostgreSQL is a plusExperience with Windows 2016+ is a plusGood interpersonal and communications skills, with an ability to communicate technical topics to non-technical audience.Excellent experience working in distributed teams across multiple time zones and different jurisdictionsHands-on experience with tools managing the cloud environment including native Cloud Service provider tools and third party tools.Strong analytical skills and a familiarity with problem-solving, attention to detail and quality, and a desire for improvementGood awareness of security and confidentiality issues and experience in identifying security vulnerabilitiesGood knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworksCome as You AreNasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
