These processes include Project Management Office, Transition Planning and Support, Release Management, Change Evaluation, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Service Catalogue Management, Problem Management, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Security Compliance, and Event Management.Relying on extensive experience and judgment, this professional must maintain and support multiple priority solutions. This role involves interacting with a diverse range of professionals, from senior-level executives to IT technical analysts.Aiming for high availability, compliance, and superior performance of all applications within Business Corporate Solutions, this professional must perform strategic assessments periodically to identify opportunities for continuous improvements in services and processes.Your ImpactAs DevSecOps Operations Lead your scope would consist of:Lead application services governance meetings (DSR/WSR); Coordinate vulnerability remediation tasks; Present/communicate service KPI's and SLA's to leadership; Interact with vendor management in subjects related to SOW, new services and baseline adjustments; Lead minor enhancements agenda; Ensure smooth transition of DevSecOps projects to operation; Co-manage technical team members both internal and external to PepsiCo to effectively and efficiently coordinate and address service delivery; Coordinate and communicate major releases and changes affecting business corporate applications; Lead Control & Audit activities; Lead all business critical incidents on the Business Corporate side; Be the Problem Coordinator and Security Champion for Business Corporate; Manage system of records in enterprise tools (such as myIT Services, myIT Portfolio, myidM, pepAGM, ACT, Archer, myCert, etc.)
