Join us and be an essential part of our journey to revolutionize eCommerce logistics globally!Key Responsibilities:Generating leads and utilizing the Salesforce CRM lead queue to qualify inbound leads.Converting leads into real sales opportunities and owning them until they become business wins, including managing the Salesforce process and contract preparation.Building relationships with other DHL business units to contribute to cross-business unit lead exchanges.Managing up to 10 live opportunities at any given time, from early lead stage through to close.Analysing early leads and collating data for the Sales Leader to support decision making.Acting as the commercial point of contact to capture structural customer data needed for pricing and proposal creation.Working closely with marketing to improve digital marketing campaign effectiveness using specific single country insights.Establishing DHL Supply Chain and the DHL Fulfillment Network in the local eCommerce community.Fostering operational relationships with DHL sites and salespeople across business units, including local travel to engage in regular meetings.Acting as a local change manager to help sites establish new ways of working within DHL Fulfillment Network standards.Required Skills and Experience:Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and SpanishExperience in a consultative selling environment, preferably in eCommerce logistics.eCommerce market understanding, including understanding business models and market trends.Logistics experience, including knowledge of Fulfillment and Last Mile Operations.Passionate about transactional sales and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take initiative in growing the business in a new country.What you'll need to do next:If you have a proven track record of achievement that matches the requirements for this role and you are looking for your next career move, simply apply online ensuring that a full up-to-date CV is attached with your application.We will ensure that all our resourcing activities are fair, transparent, and consistent across the globe
