In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing and verifying advanced Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Debug (DFD) techniques. Your work will directly impact our ability to reduce testing costs, enhance product quality, and drive yield improvements on leading-edge process technologies.Key Responsibilities:DFT Methodology Deployment: Develop and implement robust DFT methodologies that optimize test coverage, reduce costs, and improve overall product quality.DFT Pattern Generation: Generate DFT patterns and conduct thorough coverage analysis to ensure comprehensive testing of our ASIC designs.Debugging and Verification: Perform gate-level simulations, identify and resolve issues, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our design processes.Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to explore new techniques and technologies that will enhance our design capabilities.Diversity and Inclusion: Actively support and promote diversity within your team and across the company, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.What We're Looking For:Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of digital logic design, including combinational and sequential circuits, Finite State Machines (FSMs), clocking, and setup/hold times.Software Proficiency: Familiarity with System Verilog, UVM, and scripting languages such as Perl or Python.
