In addition to competitive compensation packages, our employees enjoy a range of programs, services and benefits that bring the best to their personal lives.Job SummaryDefine and execute a comprehensive occupational health and safety strategy, which ensures a safe and healthy workplace, reduction of workplace accidents and incidents, promoting the mitigation of workplace risks, focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency in line with corporate and legal requirements for more than 800 facilities in MX and +8,000 employees.Key Responsibilities:Direct the implementation of operational and strategic plans to ensure health and safety in the workplace for 100% of employees in MX, including corporate office, +800 facilities.Develop policies, procedures and guidelines to establish a robust safety management system that effectively mitigates risks, hazards and unsafe conditions, in line with internal and external health and safety frameworks and standards, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Define strategies to identify, monitor and address safety issues and practices within MX operations, including implementation of effective action plans to achieve significant cost reductions in risk, severance and insurance policy payments.Lead programs, projects and initiatives to improve a safe workplace and ensure compliance with health and safety GSOP, SFF aligning with local and international standards, legal requirements and organizational policies.Design and implement a risk management program identifying potential hazards, assessing risks, and conducting regular audits to evaluate compliance and identify areas for improvement.Design and ensure a comprehensive training program implementation that promotes a strong safety culture, and compliance with health and safety standards, practices and protocols, while fostering safety awareness throughout the organization.Develop an internal audit program for operations facilities, grounds, and administrative areas, to effectively monitor and continuously improve health, safety and environmental practices.Lead the Incident investigation program into workplace incidents and accidents to determine root causes, identify effective corrective actions and prevent recurrence.Lead the implementation of iCare modules in the organization.Monitor safety performance identifying trends and implementing corrective actions
