You will adjust the parameters to eliminate scrap and downtime. You will work to reduce downtime and apply best practices and improvement implementations to increase the OEE and Performance in this area. Improve the PPH by muda elimination and improve the robot movements, scrap reduction through data analysis, SMED reduction, improve the process to reduce raw material cost in Injection process area, develop process parameters for new programs, validate the new molds for PU area, and debug the new part number.What is required:Metallurgic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Mechatronics EngineeringInjection Molding process PU experienceExcellent computer skillsProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and WordPLM KnowledgeSolidWorks KnowledgeAuto CAD KnowledgeWhat's in it for you:
