**Responsibilities**- Develop and implement SEM strategies for our English-language brands, both short- and long-term.- Manage and optimize SEM and Paid Social accounts (Google Ads, Bing Ads).- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns; collaborate with specialists as needed to optimize results.- Generate new and creative growth strategies; manage team members or specialists to execute them.- Write compelling ad copy for SEM and Paid Social platforms, or coordinate with copywriters for content creation.- Propose and test new ideas; create projections to support campaign initiatives.- Oversee multiple projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines, ensuring timely and effective completion.
**Requirements**:- Proven knowledge of current SEM best practices.- Hands-on experience with A/B testing within SEM campaigns.- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.- Strong analytical abilities with attention to data-driven results.- Advanced English language skills (C1 level or higher).- Highly organized and efficient with excellent multitasking skills.- Experience in managing multi-country paid advertising campaigns.- Ability to strategize and execute campaigns, comfortable taking ownership from planning to implementation.
