Provide consulting services related to sustainability, digital transformation, and technology-related solutions to clients.2. Develop trusted relationships with clients (trusted adviser).3. To be the key contact for clients with ERM.4. Identify and pursue business opportunities.5. Fully understand the client's business model and business line, as well as the client's needs.6. Develop successful digital, business and technology strategies for each client.7. Keep abreast of best practices in the area of sustainability, as well as regulatory frameworks.8. Establish and cultivate relationships with direct and extended team members.RESPONSIBILITIESSales consultancy. i) Business development: upselling to existing clients and detecting business opportunities with new clients ii) Elaborate strategic proposals aligned to client needs that are financially viable iii) Activate key contacts with senior stakeholders to bring business to the company iv) Review on a monthly basis the achievement of objectives and KPIs v) Promote the company's services, solutions and products with clients, industry people and general contacts vi) Generate ideas for new services and products as well as suggest improvements to existing ones to contribute to the growth of the company's business, solutions and products with clients, people in the industry and contacts in general vi) Generate ideas for new services and products as well as suggest improvements to existing ones to contribute to business growth vii) Activate networking to introduce the company to potential clients.Projects. i) Fully understand and document customer needs to engage in the delivery and implementation of the company's digital products ii) Map and analyze the end-to-end business process (customers, systems, finance, processes etc) iii) Elaborate business models iv) Provide timely follow up on the development of projects (delivery times, issues, risks, opportunities for improvement and impediments
