This position collaborates directly with all the teams involved on the ad sales process. The digital booking coordinator understands the ad sales team needs, priorities and the digital cross-portfolio. And this team is decisive both in the initial order entry process and in the final process of billing, known as conciliations, which confirms the monthly billing of all the LATAM sales team.The digital booking coordinator will:- Ensuring the entry off the TWDC cross-portfolio digital orders in timely manner into Operative 1.- Monitoring, modifying and entering all the optimizations of these orders.- Ensuring to collaborate in sending timely manner all the creatives and order data verified to the AdOperations team.- Collaborating in different monthly compilations data reports.- Conciliating and ensuring all the billing monthy revenue to the credit & collections and finance team.- Providing assistance to sales, planning & billing teams in the billing and reconciliation process.- Providing assistance and solutions against the clock.**What we need from you to be part of this story**:- Graduate / Student from advertising, Marketing or communication.- Experience working in previous advertising / marketing media is appreciate.- Experience working in previous digital advertising is highly rated, as well as the knowledge of Operative 1.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with different regional teams and cultivate several teams relationships.- Self-motivated and proactive.- Well-organized.- Ability to work chasing deadlines and with several tasks at the same time.- Avaibility to work from 2pm to 10 pm.- Availability to work in rotating shifts during the weekend when necessary.**Additional Information**:At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create the memorable experiences, products and services our consumers know and love
