About the role The Digital Business Analyst is responsible for directing the development of Commerce, MarTech, and SaaS products from initial design to market release. This person will work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to support agile delivery, build project plans and clarify requirements with Carrier leadership and key stakeholders. This person will provide input and help define the long-term strategy as Carrier continues to expand its digital commerce footprint and continue to be a thought leader in the Industrial and Manufacturing segment.
Key Responsibilities: As a Digital Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
Supporting digital PODs that are building technology solutions empowering teams to execute multi-channel campaigns using enterprise commerce, marketing and subscription management tools.Analyzing and document any derivation, workflow and enrichment required for the project / solution.Leading requirements gathering and advise on scope and options for continuous operational improvement.Building knowledge of business processes with an expectation for facilitating continuous improvement.Collaborating with vendors and internal IT partners to understand and define technical requirements and special Carrier processes.Communicating issues impacting daily operations to the business team and provide updates on resolution.Running critical agile ceremonies such as scrum calls, backlog refinements, and spring reviews.Leading change management activities such as "train the trainer' sessions and knowledge transfer for IT support teams.Requirements We are looking for people who are communicative, analytical and problem-solving. As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree and/or similar secondary degree.4+ years of professional supporting enterprise-level engineering teams.4+ years of experience working with Shopify, Zuora, Bynder, InRiver, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SDL Tridion, and SAP Hybris or similar platform solutions.Knowledge of best practices across Commerce, MarTech, and SaaS.4+ years of hands-on experience in Agile methodologies in a working environment – demand prioritization, planning, and execution to deliver software solutions.Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills.Experience working with multicultural, multilingual, and multiple time zone, global environments.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.Experience in industrial/manufacturing software segments.Proficiency in Miro, or similar presentation tool.Fluent spoken and written English.Traveling up to 33% nationally and internationally is required.Benefits We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees, and enhancing our programs when necessary.
