Oversee all marketing and training activities for the digital offering. In this role, you will Support local sales organization and channel partners in driving sales and services (hardware and subscriptions). Being the MOSE digital advocate within the country.**This position reports to**:Business Manager - Operations**Your responsibilities**:- Creating, planning, and implementing of local sales go-to-market and strategic business development initiatives for the Digital Offerings, in line with the global MOSE Digital Sales strategy.- Driving and ensuring achievement of sales targets, proactively anticipating, and identifying shortfalls in performance, and defining and implementing of improvement plans as needed.- Evaluating and sharing customer research, market conditions and competitor data to formulate the country plans with focused segments, solutions, and channels.- Identifying and evaluating opportunities with existing and potential new customers on a local basis, combining the portfolio offering to formulate and design a winning solution offering.- Coordinating sales and marketing efforts and pricing policies that require channel/segment partner participation. Ensures appropriate communication, promotion, and training activities for the respective channel/segment.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers in customers and partners and potential customer organizations and ensuring and proof value delivering to the customer.- Driving sales efficiency by ensuring appropriate digital solutions knowledge (technical and sales) for each Salesperson.**Your background**:- A bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, communication engineering or related.- General IT infrastructure knowledge and experience strongly preferred, including Windows 10, Microsoft Cloud Services, Firewalls, IT Cybersecurity.- 3+ years' experience in industry is preferred.- Strong gift of the gab and influencing skills, demonstrated ability to role model and lead behavioral change.- Proven ability to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions, strong analytical thinking, and commercial acumen to create a business aligned strategy
