**JOB DUTIES**:
- Work effectively with key members of the Digital Commercialization Team to align on timeline and deliverables to execute successful commercialization of digital products
- Building weekly newsletters, monthly corporate presentations, and KPI reports with cogent analysis
- Disseminating website updates & enhancements to key audiences across the sales organization in visual, written, and verbal formats
- Coordinate monthly sales incentives & contests to drive web adoption (gamification strategy)
- Ensure timely follow-up and the resolution of web issues and site defects impacting sales and the acquisition of new digital business
- Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and tracking Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback, as well as insights & input from inside sales teams
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or supporting role
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Sharp attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking as well as visual/creative presentation skills
- Digital literacy i.e.
demonstrated ability to work across a variety of productivity management tools and software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Microsoft BI, Marketo etc.

- Experience working with an eCommerce revenue-generating website preferred (but not essential)
