As a Digital Compliance Specialist, your major focus is proactively monitoring and managing AZ's risk exposure for customer-facing digital assets (such as web domains, websites, mobile apps, and social media) in partnership with many key global functions and external vendors.This role will work across global and local marketing teams, Global Commercial Operations, Global Compliance, and Global Corporate Information Technology (IT).
In addition to understanding and making recommendations to improve processes and communications, the candidate will be required to present findings to different groups within AstraZeneca and impress upon teams the importance of adhering to AstraZeneca's compliance requirements.AccountabilitiesContribute to the delivery of the global digital assurance strategy by identifying areas of service growth and promoting process enhancement.Deliver on key capabilities to support markets' and brands' digital strategies (Internal Stakeholders- Commercial team for each country).Deliver on compliance adherence goals and SLAs as defined by the assurance team (Quarterly compliance property - Scan and review, Audits).Lead on the management for the web domains portfolio including vendor and client support (DNS (Domain Name Server), change requests, acquisitions, brand protection strategy).Essential RequirementsBachelors in science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in domain management, digital assurance, digital transformation, or related areas.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Proven experience in process enhancement and continuous improvement skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.DesirableExperience working in a global or multi-national organization.Experience managing DNS records and domain configuration.Familiarity with Digital Content Policy frameworks.Why AstraZeneca?At AstraZeneca, when we see an opportunity for change, we seize it and make it happen.
