**Main Responsibilities**:- Designs and develops digital content of moderate complexity for a global customer and channel segments.
Partners with other areas of the business to deliver seamless and intuitive and communication and engagement experiences.
**What Skills You Need**:- 3 or more years of experience in digital content creation - copywriting, graphic design, user experience.- 3 or more years of experience working with cross-functional teams and adjusting working styles to achieve desired outcomes.- Familiarity with User Experience principles to deliver compelling designs that align with brand identity and tone, and deliver a seamless and intuitive customer experience.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.- Excellent communication, documentation, organizational and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative to build strong and productive relationships and communicate clearly to audiences of all levels.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:- Knowledge and experience with content development tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Premiere and/or Articulate 360.- Knowledge and experience with video and audio tools such as Camtasia and/or Audacity.- Knowledge and experience with content management platforms, such as WIDEN, TeamSite and/or Core Media.- Knowledge of John Deere's distribution channels and their practices.- Experience working in the Financial Services industry.- Experience working with global teams
