The "Digital Content Lead" position is an individual contributor position within the Omni-Channel Worldwide Digital Content Strategy & Tools Team, covering different HP product categories. In this position, the Digital Content Lead individual is part of a team that helps increase online sales by automating the creation of Product Detail Pages for HP's retail and business partners worldwide. The goal is to provide the right product content for final customers when they are picking a new to product to buy online. This individual will be in contact with the corresponding Worldwide Marketing, Digital Content Operations, and the Digital Business Development teams as well as other relevant stakeholders to plan, design, create and execute the automation of a Product Detail Page for HP products. A strong background in ecommerce, online marketing, brand alignment, Product Category and customer focused analysis is preferred.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Marketing Stakeholders to understand the product category, its user needs and negotiate marketing assets, design requirements, and user experience goals for product detail pages.
- Work with the UX Design team to create and maintain design templates for product detail pages that can be automatically generated based on available data and marketing assets.
- Work with the Digital Business Development teams to gather data and insights of what the retail and business partners needs are and find restrictions around the content deployment in product detail pages.
- Ensure the templates help customer make a buying decision using a data-driven approach from AB testing, UX research, Market research and other customer information sources.
- Ensure the design templates are visually appealing, user-friendly, multi-device ready and aligned with the brand's identity and standards.
- Work closely with the Digital Content Operations team to define and structure data containers that will populate product detail pages automatically.
- Monitor the development process to ensure that the design is implemented correctly and that the pages load efficiently.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to verify that the content and design elements on product detail pages are accurate and functional.
- Optimize product detail page designs to improve user engagement, conversion rates, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and make iterative design improvements.
- Present design concepts and updates to stakeholders and gather their input for refinement.
- Maintain a cohesive and consistent look and feel across all product detail pages.
- Work within project timelines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Stay up to date with web design trends, best practices, and user interface design principles.

**Education and Experience Required**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Web Design, UX Design or a related field.
- +5 years of experience in e-commerce and online retail settings.
- Experience in Product Category roles is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to collaborate effectively with marketing teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma are a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript are a plus.
- Familiarity with PRISM, Concentra and other content systems is a plus.
