**Main Responsibilities**:- Coordinates the activities of digital marketing and training teams focused on delivering personalized experiences for customers and channel partners.
Collaborates with market development and product development teams to deliver seamless and intuitive communication and engagement experiences.
Develops the work plan, manages budget, and coordinates supplier support as needed.
**What Skills You Need**:- 3 or more years of experience working with cross-functional teams and adjusting working styles to achieve desired outcomes.- 3 or more years of experience in digital go to market teams, focused on driving adoption and customer satisfaction.- Familiarity with User Experience principles, copywriting, graphic design to deliver compelling designs that align with brand identity and tone, and ability to deliver a seamless and intuitive customer experience.- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority to encourage teams to complete work in a timely fashion.- Demonstrated ability to leverage data and analytics to align the best tactics to achieve outcomes and track business objectives.- Excellent communication, documentation, organizational and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative to build strong and productive relationships and communicate clearly to audiences of all levels.
**What Makes You Stand Out**:- Knowledge of AGILE and ECAP 3.0 practices.- Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and plans
